This New Zealand property company already had a strong national brand, but their Nelson regional division wanted to expand this to create a local identity more in tune with their local market which tends to be more creative than corporate.

We used the sober blue of the national brand to anchor a new colourful visual style – with the focus on the quirky, heritage nature of the region – across a variety of promotional materials (including a die-cut booklet) for both their Residential and Commercial arms.
